Description
The Vice President of People, Planning and Administration serves as a member of the Foundation’s senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing human resources, strategy implementation and planning, office administration, and other key functions as assigned.
Responsibilities
Lead HR Strategy – Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI efforts, and progressive compensation and benefits practices.
Support Strategic Planning – Lead the strategy implementation team, ensuring alignment of organizational learning and evaluation with long-term goals.
Oversee Administration – Manage office operations, risk management frameworks, and related administrative functions.
Manage Performance – Direct and develop a high-performing team across HR, talent development, and office administration.
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational planning, and operations management.
Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and inclusive workplace practices.
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills.
A combination of education and experience relevant to the scope of this role.
Willingness to travel in-state and engage in occasional evening or weekend work.
