Membership

  • WOC memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Our primary criteria for membership is to be a woman of color in fundraising or philanthropy professions.

    We also welcome those who support, celebrate and champion women of color in fundraising or philanthropy professions.

Sponsorship

  • If you'd like to support WOC in its work, we encourage you to consider a sponsorship. Discover ways you can support WOC and our work.

 

Job Board

  • In order to post a listing on our job board, a salary/salary range is required.

    WOC is committed to pay equity and salary transparency.

  • Account creation is not necessary to post on our job board. Accounts are for the membership community.

  • Kindly allow 24-hours for your opportunity to appear on WOC at Work: Career Opportunities.

    Postings occur on business days. Any posting purchased on a Friday after 5pm ET is posted on the following business day.

    Any listing that is not compliant with the Job Board policy will not be posted and no refunds are allowed.

  • Only one (1) job position is allowed per post.

    Any posts with submissions of more than one position will be edited at the discretion of WOC, to include only one (1) job position.

  • Job postings are non-refundable and no credits will be issued.

    No duplicate postings are allowed.

    However, due to the chronological nature of the Opportunities Job Board if a second posting of the same position is made, the previous posting will be replaced entirely by the new posting made on the later date.
