Hope renewed is what Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC) embodies. I stand firmer and deeper in authenticity of sharing my creativity, capacity and brilliance because of WOC. Sacrifice is not an option, and WOC is leading the way resiliently and vibrantly in word and action. It's a story and collective I am grateful to be intersected with and connected to in an effort to penetrate and radiate an undeniable, breathtaking light.

… Prior to joining WOC, I wasn't too confident about the available resources tailored for women of color because I was never really introduced to any and it always felt as if I had to mine for them, which can be VERY exhausting. Fortunately, I instantly discovered WOCFP last year and I just have to brag on how the Radiant Leadership Institute program has been incredibly impactful in preparing me for my overarching career in philanthropy.
