Description

Lead a high-impact major and principal giving program at a global human rights organization that has strengthened reproductive rights for 2.3 billion people globally.

In partnership with Lindauer, The Center for Reproductive Rights is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and mission-aligned Senior Director, Leadership Giving to lead its national major and principal gifts programs. This is an opportunity to drive transformational philanthropy at a critical moment in the fight for reproductive rights.

As a key member of the Development senior leadership team, the Senior Director will collaborate with the CEO, CDO, and Board of Directors to enhance donor engagement and elevate the Center’s philanthropic strategy. This leader will guide a high-performing national team of fundraisers, grow and diversify the major and principal donor pipeline, and play a leading role in implementing the Center’s new five-year Strategic Plan.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement short- and long-term major and principal giving strategies aligned with the Center’s growth and mission.

  •  Personally manage a portfolio of high-level donors and securing seven- and eight-figure gifts.

  •  Lead a geographically distributed team of Directors and gift officers to achieve fundraising goals and foster a culture of collaboration.

  •  Leverage the CEO and Board of Directors to steward donors and expand engagement.

  •  Enhance systems, metrics, and internal structures to support sustained fundraising success.
