Job Board Policy

Overview

Postings are non-refundable and no credits will be issued.

No duplicate postings are allowed. However, due to the chronological nature of the Opportunities Job Board if a second posting of the same position is made, the previous posting will be replaced entirely by the new posting made on the later date.

Only one job position is allowed per post.
Any posts with submissions of more than one position will be edited at the discretion of WOC, to include only one job position.

Once a job is posted, no further changes are allowed.

 
 

Salary Transparency

 

WOC believes that salary transparency is one of the most important tools for equity in our sector. Therefore, exact salaries/salary ranges are required in order to post on our job board.

Any posting that does not include in this information will not be included on the website and no refunds or credits will be given under any circumstances.

 
 

Dispute

Our policy is to remove any postings for which a payment dispute is received and the purchaser will forfeit their posting for each day that the payment for the services provided is held in dispute through full forfeiture (whichever comes first). Please be informed that YFJ Consulting, LLC will immediately place a dispute against your dispute, and the total of all fees related to this matter from our credit card processor.

Our policy also dictates that in order to protect our Opportunities Job Posting service from fraudulent and dishonest activity, any purchaser which places a dispute after purchasing a non-refundable job posting will no longer be allowed to post on our job board in the future.

 
 

Effective April 30, 2021
