Call In: Reservations will be made by individuals calling Reservations directly at 203-905-2100, via email at guestservices@clubquarters.com.

Individuals must identify themselves as being with the Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC) group at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate where available, and must provide us with the guest name, requested type of room, bed type (single, twin-bedded) and check-in/check-out dates.

Reservations must be received no later than May 25, 2026. Reservations made after this cut-off date would be honored at the then-prevailing rate, and based upon inventory.
