Description

The Development Department’s Part-Time Donation Processing Associate is a motivated self-starter working 19 hours per week and reporting to the Assistant Manager, Donation Processing. The Associate supports the department with entry and allocation for donations from a variety of sources into Raisers Edge and ensures the integrity and accuracy of donor data through consistent data entry practices. This a part-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter gift data in Raisers Edge NXT, maintaining consistency in gift recording and donor attribution.

  • Support data hygiene by adhering to entry conventions, identifying and resolving duplicate records and inconsistencies, and updating contact information.

  • Conduct basic donor research.

  • Stay updated on best practices for Raiser's Edge use and data management.

Requirements

  • One year or more of administrative or data entry experience, preferably in a non-profit development, fundraising or academic setting.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Strong judgment and discretion, particularly when handling confidential donor information.

  • Familiarity with Raisers Edge NXT preferred. (Training to be provided)

  • Familiarity with Omatic, Workday, Classy desirable.

Salary Range and Employee Benefits

The salary range for this position is $23 - $25 an hour for up to a 19-hour workweek.
