Description
New Voices for Reproductive Justice is seeking a strategic and values-driven Development Director to lead our fundraising and sustainability efforts. This senior leader will guide all aspects of development—from cultivating key donor and foundation relationships to managing grants and stewarding a multi-million dollar giving portfolio.
We’re looking for a strong communicator and experienced fundraiser with a passion for Black liberation, Reproductive Justice, and community-centered work. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in nonprofit development, a history of securing institutional and individual gifts, and a strong understanding of the issues impacting Black women, Black queer folks, and Black marginalized people.
Responsibilities
Lead and implement a comprehensive development strategy
Manage grant writing, reporting, and donor communications
Cultivate new and existing funding relationships
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning
Maintain accurate development data via Bloomerang CRM
Requirements
8+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience
5+ years of senior leadership and team management
Experience with Reproductive Justice or movement-aligned work
Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar portfolios
Proficient in donor CRM systems (preferably Bloomerang) PA or OH residency
Salary Range and Employee Benefits
$90,000 - $100,000
