“365 new days. 365 new chances.” It is with this popular saying in mind that WOC encourages you to stop, think, and set your 2024 intentions right now. Our roster is rich with career development opportunities, self-care tips, and networking events to help you do just that.

Career Development

Are you already good at what you do but could benefit from a boost? Being your best self at work may sometimes mean investing in professional development, as well as connecting with peers and mentors.

Glow, grow, and build upon your skill set through our Mentor Match and Check-in Chicas programs.
