The Executive Search Initiative is a focused leadership effort, designed to elevate dialogue, surface insights, and connect leaders with emerging talent. The initiative spans multiple program moments across the second half of 2026, creating continuity, depth, and field-wide impact.
The initiative will come to life through:
A featured conversation at the 2026 Career Fair, translating insights into an interactive dialogue tailored to Career Fair participants.
A curated Executive Search Listening Tour, convening small-group conversations with senior leaders and nonprofit professionals to gather perspectives, lived experience, and forward-looking insights from across the community.
Together, these touchpoints are designed to bridge thought leadership with practical insight, ensuring the conversation reflects both organizational leadership needs and the evolving talent landscape.
This work will inform the revised WOC Executive Search Ranking process for 2027.
