  • The WOC Symposium & Career Fair is a non-refundable event.

    By registering for the WOC Symposium & Career Fair or making any purchase related to the WOC Symposium & Career Fair, you hereby fully accept and acknowledge that no refunds will be given and tickets, sponsorships and other purchases are considered final.

    Registration may be transferable on case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of WOC. No transfers will be allowed following November 1, 2025.

  • Special pricing during our early registration period will end on September 30, 2025.

  • General registration will close on November 11, 2025.

  • Tickets to our Symposium & Career Fair covers all sessions and the career fair. Attendees are welcomed to attend sessions as they wish.

  • The 2025 Symposium is an in-person event, held in New York City.
