Madeline Lamour Holder

Madeline Lamour Holder is Vice President of Development at The New York Women’s Foundation where she identifies and cultivates philanthropic opportunities to expand partnerships with individual donors in New York City.
Her fundraising efforts bring together socially conscious donor partners to harness financial resources and create professional networks demonstrating the power of collective giving in transformative philanthropy. Madeline is a recipient of Open Society Foundation’s NYC Community Fellowship Award. She currently serves on the boards of Moore Impact which promotes the sustainability of BIPOC-led organizations and WIBO which equips small business owners in under-served communities to obtain financial success. Madeline is co-owner of Goshen Cleaning Services, LLC where promotes entrepreneurship as a tool for economic mobility for immigrant women in NYC. Madeline believes that participating in mutual aids, caring for the homeless and visiting the shut-ins, creating game-nights for seniors we can foster love that build bridges across neighborhoods and communities of belonging for all in NYC. Madeline is loves reading and writing children folktales, sketching, vintage shopping and susus. Madeline is fluent in Haitian Creole, French, Spanish and has a rudiment to American Sign Language.
