Chirlie Felix
Chirlie Felix is co-chair of the Amplify Her Foundation Leadership Network and a Managing Director at FSG, a global social impact firm, where she leads the Corporate Transformation Impact Unit. Her work centers on economic mobility, women's leadership, and building the capability of senior leaders across philanthropy, HR, and workforce development. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the U.S., she brings an intersectional lens and multilingual fluency to work spanning more than 60 countries. A U.S. Fulbright Scholar, she holds an MPA from NYU Wagner and a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and serves as a board member of the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights.
