Akeem McNeil is the Member Engagement Manager at AI for Nonprofits Sprint. In his role, Akeem leads member experience and engagement strategy, ensuring nonprofit participants are supported throughout the Sprint’s learning journey. He focuses on understanding how organizations interact with programming, identifying points of friction, and using insights to strengthen participation and long-term impact.
Before joining AI for Nonprofits Sprint, Akeem worked across nonprofit, hospitality, and media contexts. He has experience in brand and audience insights and business development, applying marketing strategy and data analysis to drive growth and engagement. He has built a strong foundation in creative data work and analytics consulting, helping organizations better understand and connect with their audiences while telling compelling data-driven stories.
