  • The WOC Symposium is a non-refundable event.

    By registering for the WOC Symposium or making any purchase related to the WOC Symposium, you hereby fully accept and acknowledge that no refunds will be given and tickets, sponsorships and other purchases are considered final.

  • Special pricing during our early registration period will end on May 26, 2026.

  • General registration will close on June 22, 2026.

  • Tickets to our Symposium covers all sessions. Attendees are welcomed to attend sessions as they wish.

  • The 2026 Symposium is an in-person event, held in New York City, at the Scandinavia House.
