Registration fees for the WOC Symposium are nonrefundable.
However, if for any reason you are unable to attend, the fee can be applied to future eligible WOC or Allies in Action events or merchandise.

Special pricing during our early registration period will end on September 30, 2023 at 5pm ET.

General registration will close on November 13, 2023 at noon ET.

Tickets to our Symposium covers all tracks and sessions. Attendees are welcomed to attend sessions as they wish.

The 2023 Symposium is a hybrid event.
Registrants can attend sessions virtually and join us in-person for the closing keynote in New York City.

We offer live transcriptions for our sessions.

Sessions will be remain accessible to attendees for a limited period of time after the conclusion of the Symposium.
