When nonprofit professionals focus on the next steps in their professional careers, it often centers around salary, as nonprofit organizations do not often offer as competitive of benefits as the corporate world. In these changing times when Social Security and tax laws are under scrutiny, what should you be thinking about for your next career step and beyond? How long will your career have to be, if you have not yet invested enough for your retirement? What benefits package should you seek now that will serve you best later? Tackle these important topics with WOC on November 13th.
