Caitlen Macias

Caitlen Macias is the Founder and CEO of BotQueen, an AI consulting, training firm helping nonprofits and small businesses adopt artificial intelligence responsibly and strategically.
While her work spans AI strategy, governance, staff training, and custom solution development, Caitlen spent years in the fundraising world. In partnership with Vicki Pugh of Advancement Experts, she co-developed the AI-Powered Fundraising Program, equipping development teams to use AI for donor segmentation, giving tier analysis, personalized stewardship, and smarter prospecting, all without losing the human relationships fundraising depends on.
With over a decade in the nonprofit sector, Caitlen understands the realities nonprofit teams face. She translates AI and tech from buzzwords into a practical tool, giving leaders actionable ways to work smarter.
