Jack Webb leads PNP Staffing Group’s New York City team, partnering with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations to identify and secure talent aligned with their organizational needs, culture, and goals.
As Branch Lead, Jack oversees staffing partnerships from entry-level to executive roles, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process—from candidate evaluation and search strategy to placement and ongoing relationship management. His approach combines a people-first philosophy with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and long-term fit.
Since joining CNP/PNP, Jack has progressed through recruiting and operational roles, developing expertise in talent assessment, client relationship management, and recruitment strategy. Prior to entering the staffing industry, he held leadership positions in youth sports and education, overseeing programs serving children and families throughout New York City.
