Shaby Tabibi Rosales is the Founder and Principal of Blueprint Strategies, a global consulting firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations build stronger, more equitable workplaces and cultivate the leadership and talent needed to advance their missions. With more than 25 years of experience spanning the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, Shaby brings a unique perspective to the intersection of people, culture, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
Previously, Shaby served as Partner and Chief Experience Officer at Orr Group, a national nonprofit consulting firm, where she built and led the firm's Talent practice and advised nonprofit and philanthropic leaders on organizational strategy, talent development, and workplace culture. Her work is deeply informed by a commitment to equity, cultural competency, and creating environments where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
Drawing on her experience as a woman of color and trusted advisor to nonprofit leaders, Shaby brings a thoughtful perspective on navigating leadership, advancing representation, and challenging traditional approaches to power and opportunity within the sector. She holds an MBA and Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University.
