Janine Triano

In 2024, Janine stepped into the Senior Advisor role where she continues to partner with key collaborators across the firm. She uses her strong institutional knowledge and strategic expertise directly advising the President and CEO and Chief People Officer. In her former role, Janine was responsible for leading CCS’ overall people strategy, talent acquisition and management; employee professional development from onboarding to leadership development;and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also oversaw organizational design and cultural development, compensation, and benefits. “Recruitment and retention are essential for CCS because our people are our business. We are only as good as our people, and we are fortunate to have amazing, smart people as our colleagues,”says Janine. She continues to collaborate with leaders across the firm and regional locations to maintain and build a dynamic organization that reflects and supports the firm’s values, mission, and purpose. Janine’s commitment to fostering values of inclusion and respect extends beyond CCS, serving in leadership roles in numerous organizations including Chief, Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy, and Women in Development.
